Resort La Ginabelle - Zermatt

The room was updated and bright, with modern wood furniture and a lovely balcony with views of the Matterhorn. The spa facilities were fantastic, with a much-needed relaxation after a day of hiking. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially with our toddler.

The only downside was the limited options for toddler meals at dinner.

The staff is competent, quiet atmosphere. It has very beautiful facilities and offers hearty breakfasts.

The small double room is absolutely fantastic and has a private safe, a mini bar, and an electronic key card. Delicious breakfast with fried eggs and freshly made omelettes, for example, the stuff is efficient😃

The warm, inviting ambience and the beautifully designed spa. With easy access throughout the hotel, I felt comfortable navigating the spaces, even if I were to need a little extra support.

A wider variety of pillow options would help.

The view from our room was amazing. For dinner we visited Fuchs Bistro and Bakery, set only 400 ft away. We loved the hotel and its staff, GREAT.

A spa experience like no other

After a thrilling day on the slopes, the indoor/outdoor heated pool was the perfect way to unwind, surrounded by fine views of the Matterhorn.

We faced a hiccup when the breakfast service was a bit chaotic, with some seating arrangements making the dining experience feel rushed and less relaxed.

While staying here, I loved how easy it was to walk to the Matterhorn Museum, just 500 meters away, and also enjoy the nearby parks and views along the way. Plus, the spa facilities were a fantastic highlight.

I like facilities such as warm water pool.

Great example of Swiss hospitality. The staff were wonderful and quite accommodating. We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath apartment as two couples. This is a great option if you are travelling with friends.

The decor at the hotel is not exactly modern.

It was just a nice choice for a mini-break over the weekend in Zermatt with value for price. The outdoor heated pool was a great way to unwind after a long day outdoors. Make sure to grab some water from the store before checking in, as they don't provide any complimentary.
